Ephedrine, Phenylephrine, Pseudoephrine
These chemicals are alpha-1 Norepinephrine receptor agonists. Alpha-1 Norepinephrine receptors are Gq mediated. That is, they call upon the Phospholipase-C pathway, leading to IP3 and DAG. Calcium release is produced, as well as the phosphorylating effects of PKC.
